At Adedar Care, we support NDIS participants to find, access, and engage in group and centre-based activities delivered by external providers. While we do not run group programs ourselves, we work alongside participants to connect them with activities that align with their interests, goals, and support needs.
Our role is to assist participants to:
- Explore suitable group and centre-based activities in the community
- Identify external providers that match their interests and abilities
- Attend group programs, classes, or centre-based activities
- Build confidence in new social and group environments
- Develop social, communication, and participation skills
- Maintain consistency and engagement in chosen activities
Our experienced support staff provide encouragement, practical assistance, and on-the-ground support to help participants feel comfortable and confident when attending external group programs. We tailor our support to each individual, ensuring the right balance of independence and assistance.
With Adedar Care, accessing group and centre-based activities is about choice, connection, and participation — supported every step of the way.
All supports are delivered in line with NDIS guidelines and individual plan goals.
